Carnival Ripped for Canceling Cruise Bookings After Website Glitch Sold Ridiculously Cheap Trips

Passengers hoping to score the cruise deal of a lifetime were left furious after  canceled bookings made during what the company says was a website pricing error that briefly offered cruises at unbelievably low prices.

The glitch, which spread rapidly across social media and travel deal forums, reportedly allowed travelers to book cruises for a fraction of their normal cost. Some users claimed they secured multi-day sailings for less than the price of a dinner out, prompting a rush of bookings before the fares disappeared.

But the excitement quickly turned into frustration when Carnival began notifying customers that the reservations would not be honored.
