For the Chocolate Layer
- 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
- ½ cup heavy cream
For the Topping
- Caramel sauce
- Chopped roasted almonds or hazelnuts
- Dark chocolate shavings
- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Base
Combine the crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a serving dish or individual dessert glasses. Chill for 15 minutes.
