Second suspect accused of killing man watching over South Side property arrested

The victim was reportedly serving as a caretaker for the South Side property when the deadly incident occurred. Police responded to reports of gunfire and found the man suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite emergency medical efforts, he was pronounced dead.
