Step 2: Remove the Burner Caps and Grates
Carefully lift off the burner grates and caps. Most gas hobs are designed so these parts can be removed easily for cleaning.
Step 3: Soak the Parts
Step 4: Scrub Away Stubborn Dirt
Use a soft sponge or toothbrush to scrub each burner part. For stubborn stains, make a paste using baking soda and a little water. Apply it to the affected areas, leave it for 10–15 minutes, then scrub gently.
Avoid using steel wool or abrasive scrubbers, as they can scratch the burner surfaces.
Step 5: Clean the Burner Base
If there is greasy buildup, spray a little white vinegar onto the surface and wipe clean after a few minutes.
