Medium Well: Slightly Pink, Mostly Cooked

At this stage, the steak is mostly brown with just a hint of pink.

  • Internal temp: ~150–155°F (65–68°C)

Juices begin to reduce noticeably here, but some people prefer the more cooked texture.
