Controversial influencer ‘Chud the Builder’ shoots man during confrontation outside Tennessee courthouse: report

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the confrontation escalated into gunfire after a physical altercation between Eatherly and another unidentified man. Both individuals were later taken into custody and transported to a hospital in stable condition.

Reports indicate that Eatherly was livestreaming during the incident. In footage referenced by media outlets, he allegedly claimed he was attacked and fired his weapon in self-defense before accidentally shooting himself. Emergency responders could reportedly be heard speaking with him while the livestream continued.
