Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Step 2: Sear the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Garlic Sauce

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any flavorful bits from the bottom of the pan.

Step 4: Create the Creamy Base

Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until the sauce becomes smooth and slightly thickened.

Step 5: Combine and Serve

Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to allow the flavors to blend together.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
